Mount Pleasant is a detached Victorian house only 600 yards from the sea in a small group of houses on the edge of the attractive Pembrokeshire village of Newport. Set in large grounds within the National Park with spectacular views over Newport Bay, Parrog, Nevern Estuary and the Preseli Mountains, it is ideally placed for exploring the stunning coast and countryside of Pembrokeshire.

GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: double bed, hand basin
Bedroom 2: three single beds, hand basin
Bathroom 1 has a disabled shower cubicle
Second living/dining room: sofa and easy chairs, Freeview TV. Second kitchen: gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 3: double bed, hand basin
Bedroom 4: double bed, hand basin
Bathroom 2: shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin
Main kitchen: gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine
Main living room: comfortable seating, Freeview TV/video/DVD player, dining tables for 13
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 5: two single beds and a stacker bed which converts to two low beds
Bedroom 6: two single beds and a stacker bed which converts to two low beds
Separate toilet with hand basin
The upper two floors can be separated from the ground floor by a fire door, making it ideal for extended families or other large groups who want to holiday together but have some private space. The lower part of the house can be completely self contained if required.
Outside
Mount Pleasant has large lawned grounds and a patio area with garden furniture, BBQ and lights. Ample parking is available for 6 cars.
